The White House's Prior NCS & NCSIP

The Biden-Harris Administration, the ruling body of the United States government from 2021 to 2025, influenced government officials and agencies alike to take a stance aimed at uniting our country, and other countries, through cyberspace. In fact, their plans for doing so were detailed in recent documents released by The White House following the counsel of The Office of the National Cyber Director. The attached paper will attempt to analyze these documents, explain their contents, and discuss some implications that may have arisen as a result of their creation.
