By tracking cursor movements and keystrokes, RadSearch generates gaze maps (fixations and saccades), converts them into graphical representations, and computes multiple metrics—including fixation counts, dwell times, matching fixations, graph isomorphism, and Lowest Cost Mapping (LCM) geometric distances. Our research provides insights into the differences in perceptual fluency and search strategies across skill levels, offering a cost-effective, accessible solution for improving diagnostic consistency and radiology training, with future plans to incorporate mounted eye-tracking and expand similarity metrics.
